Effective Negotiation Training
Regardless of your role in the organization, you are often called upon to negotiate. The focus of this session will be on negotiation skills and strategies which create the win-win. Your negotiations will not only be successful, but less stressful. It is a stimulating, intensive journey of learning by doing. Using a blend of high-quality input session, immersive role-plays and psychological insight, you will learn a proficiency in negotiation that lasts a lifetime. In this session, participants will: - Define negotiation and the difference between basic interests and positioning - Review a negotiation process - Identify ways to deal with an adversarial negotiator - Develop a personal action plan for an upcoming negotiation
