Brigid Hoffman Art Exhibit

Pierre resident Brigid Hoffman, formerly of Rapid City, SD, will be the featured artist at Waterfront Gallery throughout the month of September. Brigid’s artwork explores surreal subject matter influenced by her Catholic upbringing, the media she consumed as a child including The Simpsons, X-Men comics, and anything developed by Jim Henson, and artists such as Edward Gorey and Frida Kahlo. The public is invited to attend an artists reception open house on Friday September 4th from 4:00pm to 7:00pm to view artwork and enjoy complimentary hors d’oeuvres and adult beverages.
