Breast Cancer Awareness Program
October is Breast Cancer Awareness Month. Faith Lutheran Church in Pierre will host a free breast cancer awareness program on Monday, October 11 at 7:00 pm in the church’s Fellowship Hall. Guest speaker Dr. Barry Monfore will present information about breast cancer symptoms, examinations, diagnosis and more. The public is invited to attend. It’s important to remember that early detection helps save lives.
