Capitals of the World
Richard Gibson, author of "A Celebration of State Capitols," will take people on a tour of world capitals. These are towns that want to be known or recognized for something, such as "frog capital of the world." He will tell why the town makes this claim to be a world capital and show photos of how this is celebrated.
