As a Cook at our Fort Pierre Community, you will provide nutritious, freshly prepared meals and snacks to residents daily. You will also provide meals in accordance with residents' dietary needs (allergies, diabetes, low salt, etc.) Additionally, you will be responsible for food handling/storage, maintaining the safety and cleanliness of the kitchen, ensuring a high standard or quality for each meal, and complying with all South Dakota Department of Health requirements.
