Memory Care Manager

As the Memory Care Manager at our Fort Pierre community, you will manage caregivers and clinical care services for residents in memory care. You will also be responsible for coordinating a memory care support group for residents, non residents, and family members of those with memory impairments. You will be working alongside the rest of the Peaceful Pines team to ensure high quality, personalized care for each resident.
