Quilling Club
South Dakota's only Paper Quilling Club will have their next meeting December 2 at 7:00pm at the Rawlins Library in Pierre. We will be making quilled gift tags. Anyone age 12 or older is welcome to attend this free meeting. Supplies and tools will be provided.
