Pregnancy & Childbirth Class

This class provides important preganancy and chilbirth information. All moms are wlecome to attend this class with their family supporters. Topics covered include: birth planning, progression of labor and pushing, relaxation techniques, tour of Obstetrics Wing, carseat information, and newborn care. This class is held for 5 Thursdays dates include: January 21, 28, February 4, 11, and 18, 2010.
