Pierre Players Membership Kick-off

Come join us for our 2008-2009 membership kick-off Tuesday, September 9. Doors open at 4:30pm; entertainment at 6:00pm and annual meeting to follow. Pierre Players invite you to attend the Kick-Off for the 2008-2009 season. The kick-off is a night of entertainment, refreshments, and the opportunity to purchase memberships for the upcoming season. This year's entertainment will be a Grand Ol'Opry style show featuring the talents for many local musicians. But, with a twist, we will be jamming on Pierre St. in front of the theatre. Everyone is encouraged to remain for the Annual Meeting at 8:30pm. This is a time to hear reports, vote on new board members, and participate. Memberships will be on sale throughout the entire evening. This year's lineup adds a 5th show back into the main stage season. Pierre Players will also offer a studio series featuring Don Boyd and Donna Fjelstad; they are producing On Golden Pond, Love Letters, and The Gin Game as fundraisers for Pierre Players. Another addition to this season's activities will be a Readers Theatre featuring some Moliere favorites: The Misanthrope, The Miser and Tartuffe. This is a season you won't want to miss! Bring a lawn chair and enjoy the evening! Don't miss a great night of entertainment, refreshments, and the opportunity to support community theatre.
