Justice Bus
The Justice Bus is South Dakota's first mobile legal aid office. Legal aid attorneys with the Justice Bus offer free legal services to the community they visit. Eligibility requirements apply.
What to expect:
1. Talk to an Attorney: Meet one-on-one with a qualified attorney to discuss your legal issue.
2. Get Guidance: The attorney will listen to your situation and recommend next steps.
3. Receive Advice: Complete an application to determine eligibility. Eligible applicants may receive legal counsel and advice to help resolve their issue.
