Ground Breaking Ceremony - City of Pierre Water Treatment Plant

Please join us and the City of Pierre as we celebrate the start of construction on the incoming Water Treatment Facility near the Missouri River Car Bridge in Steamboat Park, across from the Chamber of Commerce. The public is invited to attend the ceremony. City Commissioners and Mayor Harding will use the golden shovels provided by Scull Construction for the ceremony .
