Childbirth Class

This class provides important childbirth information. All expectant moms are welcome to attend this class with their family support person. Topics covered include: Warning signs and progression of Labor, relaxation techniques, comfort and pain management, newborn care Practices of Avera St. Mary’s Women’s Center Childbirth Class is a 1-session class held on one Saturday each quarter at Avera St. Mary’s Hospital Cafeteria Conference Room from 9:00 am to 12:00 pm.
