Central South Dakota SHRM Event - Membership/Education Session

Throughout the past several years, the Human Resources profession has changed - and is ever changing. We have learned that change is fast and leaves very little time to change and adapt to the ever growing and ever changing needs and demands of this field.

You may be wondering how we, members of Central SD SHRM, have adapted? All in all, we stuck close to one another. The only difference between us changing and you changing is the fact that during the course of recent change, this organization, Central South Dakota SHRM, has supported our members through these new and different times.

We were able meet change at the door and welcome change to our specific industries. We did this by relying on a strong network of support with educated members and partners who encourage discussion on relatable topics. These discussions proved to provide critical support and crucial services that our employers needed and deserved during these difficult times.
