Annual State Beef Cook-Off

The South Dakota CattleWomen and the South Dakota Beef Industry are sponsoring their annual State Beef Cook-Off to be held June 14th at the Pierre Mall. the CattleWomen request that you send your favorite \quick and easy\" beef recipes to Mary Jessen, 20675 327th Ave, Holabird SD  57540 or via email hiherald@venturecomm.net . Recipes must be submitted by May 1st to be eligible for the contest.
