The Pierre Area Chamber of Commerce was proud to be part of the ribbon cutting for Elevate Wellness & Psychiatry on May 1, 2026!

Elevate Wellness & Psychiatry is an outpatient mental health practice that provides personalized psychiatric care, including medication management, psychotherapy, and services such as Spravato treatment, telepsychiatry, wellness-based care, and Transcranial Magnetic Stimulation (TMS). It uses a combination of traditional and holistic approaches to create individualized plans and now operates from its new location at 116 W. Missouri Avenue, Ste: 100, in Pierre.
