This boot camp is open to members and non-members. Every Wednesday 5:30p-6:30p and Saturday 8a-9a (no class 10/6, or the week of Halloween- 10/31 and 11/3.). $10 drop in rate. No minimum number of attendees per class. If a non-member please arrive early or stop in during staffed hours to fill out waivers and health information prior to the start of your first class. Classes led by certified personal trainer and gym owner, JR Bolger, when available. Boot camp will be held outside but in case of inclement weather, in THG, the cross training and lifting expansion on the west portion of the gym. Bring hydration, though water, Gatorade, and Advocare products are available for sale. Tire flip, battle ropes, sledge hammer hits, farmer carry, sled pulls, prowler push, stones, ladder, and other cross training exercises will be utilized.
