ROOSTER RUSH COLORING CONTEST

ROOSTER RUSH COLORING CONTEST - CAPITAL JOURNAL & REMINDER. The Coloring Picture will be published in the Capital Journal on 10/18, 10/21 and 10/22. Contest is open to all kids age 1 -12. Children of newspaper and sponsor employees are not eligible. Kids may color the picture in any way they want. Entries will be judged on neatness and creativity. Only one entry is allowed per child. Pictures must be accompanied by the entry form and submitted to the newspaper by 5pm on October 31st. One winner will be selected in four age categories: 1-3 years; 4-6 years; 7-9 years; 10-12 years. Winners will be notified by phone.
