National Voter Registration Day
The League of Women Voters Pierre will be taking part in the National Voter Registration Day on Tuesday, September 25th. Local League members will be registering new voters as well as letting voters update their registrations with name, address, and/or party affiliation changes. The League of Women Voters, a nonpartisan political organization, encourages informed and active participation in government, works to increase understanding of major public policy issues, and influences public policy through education and advocacy.
