Meet Mike!

Mike Henriksen has interviewed countless people in the 40 years he has been a radio sports broadcaster in South Dakota. He has put 15 of the stories as told to him into print in the book "First Person: Legendary Sports Stories." He will tell about his career in broadcasting, how the book came about and what was memorable about the people included in the book during a program at the Cultural Heritage Center. Everyone is welcome to attend the free event, sponsored by the South Dakota Historical Society Foundation as part of the History and Heritage Book Club. "First Person: Legendary Sports Stories" is sold at the Heritage Stores at the Cultural Heritage Center and the Capitol.
