Henry Red Cloud, Democratic Candidate for PUC, to Speak in Fort Pierre The featured speaker for the Hughes and Stanley County Democrats regular meeting on Monday, September 12th, will be Henry Red Cloud, the democratic candidate for the Public Utilities Commission. The speaker is scheduled for 7:00 p.m. CST at Perkins Restaurant in Fort Pierre. Dinner is also available after 5:30. Red Cloud is recognized nationally and internationally for his efforts to bring renewable energy applications that are environmentally sound, economically beneficial and culturally appropriate to the Pine Ridge Reservation and across the great plains. This is a great opportunity to hear an outstanding innovator and entrepreneur. Everyone is welcome.
