History and Heritage Book Club

Charles M. Rogers of Sioux Falls will be the guest speaker at the August meeting of the History and Heritage Book Club. Rogers teaches the history of South Dakota. His book "South Dakota's Challenges Since 1960" updates "Challenge -- the South Dakota Story," which was published in 1975. Rogers will tell about the challenges he faced in writing "South Dakota's Challenges Since 1960." The meeting is free and everyone is welcome to attend. The book is available at the Heritage Store at the Cultural Heritage Center.
