Childbirth Class

This class provides important childbirth information to expecting moms and their support person. Topics covered include, risk factors, stages and phases of labor, relaxation techniques, newborn care and a tour of the Women's Center. Presentations by Oahe Child Development Center, Physical Therapy/ Rehabilitation Services, Anesthesiologist and Director of Women's Center, prenatal yoga and pediatric dentist. The class is held for four Thursdays: September 8, 15, 22, 29, 2016. Pre-registration is required and scholarships are available to assist with the registration fee.
