Childbirth Class

This class provide important childbirth information to expecting moms and their support person.  Topics covered include, risk factors, stages and phases of labor, relaxation techniques, newborn care and a tour of the Obstectric Wing.  The class is held for on five Thursdays:  January 10, 17, 24, 31 and February 7, 2013.  Pre-registration is required and scholarships are available to assist with the registration fee.  To register call 224-3189 or on the web at www.growinguptogether.org.
