Best Pheasant Recipe Contest

Beck Motor Company will be hosting the third annual Best Pheasant Recipe Contest. Wine tasting begins at 5pm. Judging takes place promply at 5:30 pm. Bring the prepared pheasant dish in a crock pot to Becks along with a typed copy of the recipe. This can be a main dish, appetizer, soup, etc. Panel of judges are from the community. Prizes will be awarded for the winning recipe. All businesses in the Pierre Area should get involved with their favorite pheasant dish. The event is open to the public.
