Author Talk

Author Richmond Clow will speak via video conferencing about his book "Spotted Tail: Warrior and Statesmen.: Spotted Tail (1823-1881) decided to negotiate with the United States to secure a homeland, education, employment and other items essential to the future of his people rather than engage in prolonged conflicts with the United States. Everyone is welcome to attend the free program. Copies of "Spotted Tail" are sold at the Heritage Store at the Cultural Heritage Center and the Capitol.
