Annual Missouri River/Lake Sharpe Clean Up
Volunteers are needed Wednesday, July 9th for the annual Missouri River/Lake Sharpe Clean Up. Volunteers will pick up litter and debris along the river and bring it back to Down's Marina for proper disposal by the City of Pierre.
Volunteers go out in boats or pontoons or work as ground based crews and clean up areas along the river in Pierre and Fort Pierre. Lake Sharpe is very important to the quality of life for people in our area. This clean up gives people who care about the river a chance to give something back to this precious resource.
