
5th Annual Butterfly Festival
Oahe Downstream Recreation Area is hosting their 5th Annual Butterfly Festival July 20 at 9 AM. Activities include a Pollinator Parade at 10:30 AM (kids bring your costumes and adults bring your camera), a garden tour at 11:30 AM, honey tasting, DIY native bee house and pollinator ball, examining flower parts and learning about butterflies. Kids can color their souvenir flying disk, make antennae, run the migration maze, make butterfly treats you can eat. *Kids, if you don't have wings, come at 9 AM and we will help you create your own wings
