5th Annual Aviation Day

You’re invited to participate in the Fifth Aviation Day in Pierre, SD!! Glider planes will soar again this January 24, 2018 in the South Dakota Discovery Center in Pierre, SD. The Pierre Elks Lodge Number 1953 hosts its Fifth Aviation Day at the South Dakota Discovery Center. Organizer Steve Wegman says the event runs from 1 p.m.-4 p.m., which is an early dismissal afternoon for Pierre schools. Mustang Aviation of Pierre is the one of the primary sponsor of this free event. There will be other aviation events as well as the Pierre Model Airplane club, Ellsworth Air Force Base personnel has been invited. The Great Planes Women in Aviation Chapter and South Dakota Air National Guard from Sioux Falls with be there.
