4th Fitness Class
Get your 4th Fitness on before the Festivities ! Join us for a Paddleboard HIIT class. When: Thursday July 4 @ 9:30am Where: causeway/ legion beach! Why: Get your workout on before all the fun! Doesn’t even feel like you are working out, feels more like fun! Cost : $15 to use our boards, $10 BYOB. (Cash and check accepted onsite).
