2016 Governor's Prayer Breakfast
On Friday morning the Governor, First Lady and members of the legislature, state government officials and many citizens from Pierre, Fort Pierre and across South Dakota will gather for the annual Governor's Prayer Breakfast.
This year's speaker is Doug Burleigh. He worked in the Young Life organization for 25 years including five years as president. He has worked with the Billy Graham Evangelistic Association and most recently with the Leadership Development Foundation. A focus of his work with the Leadership Development Foundation has been on youth and leaders in the countries of the former Soviet Union.
