Reservations are made on a first-come, first-served basis. We do our best to keep the availability calendar up to date, but availability is subject to change without notice until you receive a rental agreement confirmation from the Pierre Area Chamber of Commerce (contactchamber@pierre.org).

Will your organization or group need to make arrangements to pick up a key?

If your group will ARRIVE before 8 a.m. or after 5 p.m., arrangements must be made with the Pierre Area Chamber of Commerce to pick up a key prior to your event, during normal business hours (M-F, 8 a.m - 5 p.m.). Call 605.224.7361 or email contactchamber@pierre.org to make those arrangements.
