SDUIH Fall Walking Group: Walk With Ease. The SDUIH & SDSU Extension Walking Group is back for Fall! Please plan to meet at the SDUIH clinic downtown to drop off your belongings and then walk a few blocks to the walking route. This group is open to all fitness levels.
Community Food Drive - BankWest
Please join us in donating food and toiletry items to help ease the food crisis during the shutdown and upcoming holiday season! All donations will go to Pierre Area Referral Service. Greatest Needs: Cereal, pancake mix, syrup, peanut butter & jelly, canned soups, rice, sugar, butter, hamburger helper, baby formula, hygiene products as well as garbage bags and dish soap. All nonperishable food items welcome!
2025 Childbirth Class
A 1-session in person class offered by Growing Up Together and Avera OB Staff. Classes will be held on the Avera St. Mary's Hospital Campus. Pre-registration is required. Topics Covered: Pregnancy Stages and Progression of Labor Birth Stories Comfort and Pain Management Medical Procedures Cesareans Newborn and Postpartum Care Practices of Avera St. Mary's Women's Center Questions and Answers with OB Staff Support persons are encouraged to attend!
