Crystal Singing Bowls (3 Sessions Available)
Experience the therapeutic healing tones of Crystal Singing Bowls with Tami Darnell followed by a short art exercise with Jen Kanz. Each session is $20, payable at the door. Friday Oct. 20, Session 1 ''Stepping Back'' will focus on using breath and sound to clear the body from emotional build up and come back to you. Saturday Oct. 21, Session 2 ''A Journey Through the Chakras'' will be using sound an visualization to bring you back into balance and alignment. Sunday Oct. 22, Session 3 ''Taking Inventory'' will focus on being an observer of your thoughts, emotions and body. A practice in non-attachment.
