THS Steel Challenge by TS Customs - 2024 PRS AG Cup Qualifier Match
IMPORTANT: All match times will be in CENTRAL TIME. We are right on the time zone line, so make sure you set your clock accordingly. The THS Steel Challenge by TS Customs is back in 2024 as a qualifier match, bringing the PRS Pro Series 2 Day matches back to the Dakotas, so mark it on your calendars and get signed up early! Expect 18-20 challenging stages of field fire with several animal targets, solid props and well thought out stages that shooters of all skill levels will enjoy. Shooters will experience some South Dakota hunting inspired stages with a balanced amount of movement on stages. Targets can range from 300-1150 yards with the majority being in the 400-800 yard range. This is a national level match, so don?t expect a lot of targets over 2MOA in size. Round count will be around 200 plus some extra for sight in and possible re-shoots. We will provide lunch on stages Saturday and a banquet meal will be provided on Sunday after the match is over. Water will provided on stages throughout the match. IMPORTANT: All match times will be in CENTRAL TIME. We are right on the time zone line, so make sure you set your clock accordingly. Check In: Friday, July 19th - 11:00 AM to 5:00 PM with zero board and some targets at distance. Saturday, July 20th: MANDATORY Match brief and safety meeting at 7:30 AM. Shooting to begin at 8:00 AM. Expect to be done around 3:00 PM. Sunday, July 21st: Meet on your stage and shooting will start by 7:15 AM. Awards banquet will follow the completion of the match at the Community & Youth Involved Center in Fort Pierre, SD. *Registration will open March 21st at 5PM and close 5 days out from the match. **Match Fee is Non-Refundable *** Registration slot may be exchanged with another shooter no less than 5 days from the match date. Match is located 20 minutes from the Pierre Regional Airport, 2.5 hours from the Rapid City Regional Airport and 3.5 hours from the Sioux Falls Regional Airport. Pierre and Fort Pierre have many hotels available. Murdo and Kennebec have hotels as well but are about an hour drive to the match.

Hills Alive! - Faith Evangelical Lutheran Church LCMS
Leaving for the ''Hills Alive'' in Rapid City @ 10 AM July 21st. Board the Faith Lutheran bus from Faith parking lot. We will return when the majority is ready to leave. Remember to bring spending money, chairs, sunscreen, & water. Snacks for trip will be provided. $15 per person or $25 a family! Please comment or reply GOING. The bus does have a max! Soften the Storm Soft-serve fundraiser
25% of all soft-serve sales will be donated to aid Fun Time Rentals in storm recovery. Fun Time Adventures will be setting up activities for the family to enjoy. For the last several years, the Diedrich family of Fun Time Rentals has been working tirelessly to bring quality, family fun to the Pierre/Fort Pierre Community. They have been great partners in supplying DQ with fun for Miracle Treat Day and also some Rainy Day Give-aways. The recent storm hit them hard. Really hard. They lost multiple boats, jet skis, and trailers as well as heavy damage to several other items. Unfortunately, insurance is not coming thru like they had hoped in most likely denying their claims. We want to help them get back on their feet and back to supplying our community with entertainment and memories. Please join us on Sunday, July 21st as we SOFTEN THE STORM with a soft-serve fundraiser. 25% of all ice cream sales will be given to the Diedrichs to aid in storm recovery. I spoke with Derek last night. He and Julie are incredibly optimistic and grateful for the community support they have received. Derek said, ''Every little bit helps. This is a set back...not a defeat.''
