Taking It From the Streets-NHRA Drags Street Legal Style

Oahe Speedway will hold the first NHRA Drags Street Legal Style of the 2009 season, on Friday, June 19. The event, billed as "Race the Strip, not the Street" will offer enthusiasts the opportunity to race on South Dakota’s only NHRA sanctioned quarter mile drag strip. All vehicles must pass a basic safety inspection, and all drivers must be licensed. Additionally, the driver must have a helmet. In the event you do not not have a helmet, one will be provided. This event is for Street Legal vehicles, only.
