Quilling club

A new paper quilling club is starting in September. The club is open to anyone age 12 and older who is interested in learning to quill or knows how to quill and would like to work on a project. Supplies and tools will be available. The group will meet once a month to teach quilling to new members, work on projects, discuss news from the North American Quilling Guild and foster a greater understanding and appreciation of this art form throughout South Dakota.
