Pregnancy & Childbirth Class

This class provides important preganancy and chilbirth information. All moms are wlecome to attend this class with their family supporters. Topics covered include: birth planning, progression of labor and pushing, relaxation techniques, tour of Obstetrics Wing, carseat information, and newborn care. This class is held for 5 Thursdays dates include: July 8, 15, 22, 29, August 4, 2010.
