Welcome 2025 in style at Drifters Bar & Grille on Tuesday, December 31st. Doors open at 4:00 PM—don’t miss out on our special New Year’s Eve celebration! Live music with the Jim Szana Duo from 5:30 - 8:30.
Exclusive Dinner Features:
Steak Frites | Tender, marinated bison hanger steak, charbroiled and sliced. Served over Drifters home fries, and drizzled with chimichurri.
Picanha Mac & Cheese | 10oz roasted picanha steak, served over a generous portion of creamy mac and cheese. Drizzled with a roasted red pepper glaze, and topped with crispy onion tanglers.
Pheasant Confit | Half a confit pheasant over sweet corn puree. Served with Roasted beets, chevre cheese, fresh dill and pomegranate molasses
