''Make Your Move, A Guide to Home Ownership''

Are you buying a home for the first time? Or not purchasing your first home but want to understand more? Learn money management techniques, become familiar with available financing options, learn the roles and responsibilities in the home buying process, understand how to become a responsible homeowner, become aware of fraudulent or deceptive behavior by predatory lending and more... This is a two part class, with classes held on Tuesday, August 12 and Thursday, August 14 with both dates starting at 5:30pm and ending at 9:00pm. Classes offered through Consumer Credit Counseling and provided to you free through the support of Home Ownership Education Resource Organization (H.E.R.O) an affiliate of South Dakota Housing Development Authority (SDHDA) and the United Way.
