LaFramboise Island Bike Race

This is a fast, essentially flat terrain course that is not especially tough or difficult, but does have some tight technical turns, sweet stretches, and fun challenging spots. All ages welcome and encouraged, any style/type of bike ok, with the exception of e-bikes (sorry). This is a lap race/ride with 5 separate classes. 1 lap = @ 5.75 miles. Helmets are mandatory.
