Helpline Center Informational Meeting

Want to learn more about how to utilize the 211 Helpline, and the type of needs/questions we answer daily? The Helpline Center is offering 211 University - Live!

Via an online Go-To Meeting, Helpline staff will share information about:

• The expansion of 211, the role of 211 in a community including the types of calls we answer, or role in a disaster, how we respond to crisis calls and more
• Finding resources through our 211 Resource Database, as well as other features including translating resources, HelpSheets, and Community Calendars
• We will also be revealing a special new tool called HelpList, which will allow individuals to create their own list of resources!
