Dallas and Starr Chief Eagle with Special Guest Performers

Oct. 19 – Starr Chief Eagle & Lakota Artists Dallas and Starr Chief Eagle with Special Guest Performers will share Lakota teachings and culture through language, dance, art and song. Father and daughter, Dallas and Starr Chief Eagle, are traditional Lakota Hoop Dancers who have made restoring and maintaining Lakota culture their life's work. South Dakota Arts Council support is provided with funds from the State of South Dakota, through the Department of Tourism, and the National Endowment for the Arts.(Starr will be selling jewelry at the concert – no bead work but shells).
