Celebrate World Watercolor Month

July is World Watercolor Month. Local artists Janet Judson, Jim Pollock, Roberta Williams, Wanda Coffey and Connie Palmer will share what sparked their interest in art. Those attending will also learn about Creative Bug, Rawlins Municipal Library's newest online resource. The program is free and everyone is welcome to attend.
