Celebrate Women's History Month!

Loretta Cowan of Pierre will share her life history and the history of the Peoria Bottom area in observance of March as Women's History Month. The Peorua Bottom area along the Missouri River north of Pierre is associated with the Riggs family and the building of Oahe Dam, but Loretta will tell how the history of the area is much richer than that.
