MHP Communities Hosts Ribbon Cutting & Open House in Pierre

Tuesday, December 30, 2025, community leaders and residents gathered at MHP Communities’ office at 101 Polaris Avenue in Pierre for a Ribbon Cutting & Open House celebrating the Northstar and Sunrise Manufactured Home Communities.
 

In attendance were the Owners and Park Manager of MHP Communities,  Pierre Area Chamber of Commerce staff, Chamber Executive and Full Board Members, the Pierre Economic Development Corporation, Mayor Steve Harding with the City of Pierre, and residents of the park communities.
