The Pierre Trappers will be hosting Business After Hours on Thursday, May 20th, at Hyde Stadium. The festivities will start at 4pm and conclude at 6pm. Business After Hours is open to the public and everyone is invited to attend. It has been over a year since we have had a networking event and we are super excited to have the following businesses participate: City of Pierre Pool Project, Capital City Farmers Market, Dakota Wesleyan University-Learn and Earn program, South Dakota Urban Indian Health, and the Capital Area Networking group. There will be door prizes, light appetizers, and beverages for purchase!

Join us for Loyal2Local Night at the Pierre Trapper’s season opener game on Tuesday, May 25! Bring the family and enjoy an evening of baseball and fun! Spoiler alert: we will be giving away free tickets for this game at Business After Hours while they last!

Mark your calendars for the 19th annual Chamber Golf Classic, Thursday, June 3! Gateway will be returning as the event’s Hole-in-One sponsor, offering a new vehicle to anyone good (or lucky) enough to sink a hole-in-one on the designated hole. New to the tournament this year, First Dakota National Bank will be sponsoring a golf ball drop from one of A-G-E’s cranes with a 50/50 payout to the winner who’s ball lands in (or closest to) the hole! You won’t want to miss the excitement.

Registration for the tournament is open now. A team of four is $400, and includes lunch, drink tickets, two golf carts and covers the green fees. Check-in and lunch start at 11am, with the scramble-formatted tourney kicking off at 12pm with a shotgun start.

It is going to be an exciting spring and we hope to see you at all of the events!
