Pierre Music is looking for a warm, reliable, kid-loving musician to assist and implement new programs for an established roster of young learners. This is a long-term teaching opportunity with immediate, steady workstudents are waiting.
For years, owner and educator Kerry Freidel has built a beloved Musicolor program in Pierre, and he's ready to increase/implement new programs and pass the torch to the right person.
You'll love this role if you:
• Enjoy working with children ages 3-10
• Play piano, guitar, or ukulele with confidence
• Want a playful, structured, easy-to-learn teaching method
• Can lead (or are excited to learn to lead) fun kids' sing-alongs
• Value clear communication with families

• Teach private lessons using the step-by-step Musicolor Method®
• Lead occasional sing-alongs or mini music gatherings
• Create a supportive, joyful space for learning
• Build relationships with families who already know and love the program

Compensation: $20 to $30 per hour depending on experience Kerry will share details directly during the interview.
