A paraprofessional person who works with children, individually or in small groups, in meeting the educational needs as stated in the Individual Education Program developed in accordance with state and federal statutes regarding the education of children in need of special or prolonged assistance. Educational level:  Bachelor Degree in Education from four-year college, or Associate Degree preferred; or equivalent combination of education and experience in working with children and or teaching
