Wellness Tuesday at Elevate: Breathwork + Creating Calm
Join us for Wellness Tuesday at Elevate on Tuesday, October 6 at 6:00 PM at Elevate Suites.
This month, Jessica Bronemann with Pathway of Health will explore the connection between our thoughts and our breath, and how breathwork can help create space, calm, and awareness.
Wellness Tuesdays are designed to bring our community together for approachable conversations and experiences around whole-person wellness. Each month features a different local wellness professional and a new topic to support your overall well-being.
Everyone who attends will receive a Wellness Card and a sticker for each Wellness Tuesday they attend. Collect 6 stickers and you’ll receive a free HaloSauna session from Sorelle Studio.
