Are you curious about interest rates, and the Federal Reserve's monetary policy views? Do you have a hard question about the economy? Are you curious about what the Minneapolis Fed does within the Federal Reserve System? Do you care about income inequality, and what might be done about it? Are you worried that banks are still too big to fail?
Neel Kashkari, president of the Federal Reserve Bank of Minneapolis, will host a Town Hall Forum to answer these and other questions on Thursday morning, February 8th, from 7:30 a.m. to 9:00 a.m., at the Ramkota Hotel & Conference Center in Pierre. The event is free, and will feature a dynamic, free-form audience Q&A with President Kashkari, who is a member of the Federal Open Market Committee, where the Federal Reserve sets interest rates.
